How to start texting with us

Text us at (210) 946-1800 and we will text you back. That is the whole thing. You can also tell us in the office or on the phone that you would rather be reached by text, and we will note it on your file.

You do not have to text with us. It is a convenience, not a condition. If you would rather we called or emailed, say so and that is what we will do. Agreeing to texts is never a requirement of having your return prepared or your books kept.

What you are agreeing to

When you give us your cell number for texting, or text us first, you are agreeing that Turneround Solutions may send you text messages about your own work with us at that number, including messages sent automatically by our office system.

That is the only thing you are agreeing to. It is not permission to advertise at you, and it is not permission we pass to anybody else.

What we send, and how often

What we send

Messages about your own work with us: appointment reminders and confirmations, a nudge for a document we are still missing, a heads-up that your return is ready to look over and sign, confirmation that a filing went through, and answers when you write to us. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

How often

It depends what we are doing for you. While a return is in progress it is usually a handful of messages over a few weeks. Outside of that it may be nothing at all for months. Most of it is us answering you, so the pace is really set by the conversation.

Our number

Texts come from (210) 946-1800. Reply to it and you reach us. It is not a no-reply line.

What we will not put in a text

Social Security numbers, bank details and tax documents. Please do not send those to us by text either. Bring them in, or ask us for a secure way to send them.

What it costs

We do not charge you anything for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your own cell carrier, depending on your plan.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message and you will get our name and how to reach us. You can also just call the office at (210) 946-1800, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., email info@turneroundsolutions.com, or come by 15424 Main St in Lytle.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and then we will leave you alone. If you change your mind later, reply START and we will pick back up.

Stopping texts does not cancel anything else. We will still do your work, and we will reach you by phone or email instead.

Your number stays with us

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

A couple of things we cannot promise

Text messages travel over the cell networks, and neither we nor your carrier can guarantee that every one arrives, or arrives quickly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. So please do not rely on a text alone for anything with a deadline on it. If something is time sensitive, we will call you.
